Our Team
Full Plate Home Loans is being built by experienced leaders in mortgage banking, technology, capital markets, and governance who share a belief that business success should create community benefit.

Nate Nanna
Founder
After more than twelve years in mortgage banking, Nate Nanna began asking a simple question:
If technology can make lending more efficient, who should benefit from that efficiency?
That question led Nate to envision a foundation-owned mortgage company that shares the benefits of innovation with borrowers through lower costs and with communities through recurring support for regional food banks.
Inspired by ownership models such as Newman’s Own, he founded Full Plate Home Loans around a simple principle: mortgage lending is the economic engine and community benefit is the purpose.
Experienced Leadership for the Proof of Concept
Full Plate Home Loans has assembled an interim executive leadership team with decades of experience in mortgage banking, mortgage technology, capital markets, and risk management. During the proof of concept, the team will establish, operate, and validate the lending platform while testing the viability of the foundation-owned model.
